With ICBC Virtual Token, carry out your online operations in the safest and most practical way. Download the application on your mobile phone and access a double authentication factor. The application will generate a 6-digit security code, which changes periodically and automatically, to always provide you with the highest security in every transaction.

You do not need an internet connection to generate your security code. You only need to be connected when activating the ICBC Virtual Token application on your smartphone.

Start operating in 3 simple steps:

1. Download the application on your smartphone.
2. Go to a Banelco network ATM with your debit card and enter your PIN. Select the option CLAVES > GENERACIÓN DE CLAVE > TOKEN VIRTUAL:
   • Enter your document type and number, and a 6-digit password. This password will be exclusively for ICBC Virtual Token.
   • Upon completing the transaction, the ATM will issue a ticket confirming that the operation was successful. Remember the generated password and keep the transaction ticket as you will need them to activate the ICBC Virtual Token service.
3. Activate ICBC Virtual Token on your smartphone:
   • Access the previously downloaded application.
   • Enter the 6-digit password of ICBC Virtual Token that you generated at the ATM and the association code shown on the ticket.
   • You're all set! You can now start using the ICBC Virtual Token App.
